Through projects like Lifting As They Climbed and Invisible Giants, Protect Black Girls Coalition, Kemtiyu Arts & Media amplifies the radical contributions of Black women in Chicago, ensuring their intellectual and organizing legacies remain foundational to present and future movements.
With deep commitments to Chicago’s South and West Side communities, the organization creates educational resources, produces transformative media, and builds organizing tools ensuring that communities have the resources to resist oppressive forces and reclaim agency over their lives.
